This rose needs plenty of room. In our garden it has grown about 10m along and up through our tall conifer windbreak. It produces huge clusters of fragrant white flowers with gold stamens in summer followed by a spectacular display of orange hips. This rose has the wow factor. Introduced by Peter Beales of the Uk from Sir Cedric's Suffolk garden, a seedling of R Glauca. Abundant purplish foliage, thick stemmed and thorny. 10m+ |
