Shower of Gold - 1910
Wichuraiana rambler. Small golden-yellow rosette blooms fade to pale lemon yellow, and then cream. It has a big flush in spring/summer and intermittently repeats through to autumn. Has a slight fragrance. The trailing canes are thornless but there are small prickles at the backs of the dark green glossy leaves. We grow it up a post and along a chain - good for a pergola. 3.5m. One of our favourite ramblers with it's long flowering period and easy management.
